Our Vision
At Hope & Glory, we want Britain and the rest of the world to take tea to heart, and into their hearts. Tea, to us, is a serious business. We are the only independent, family-owned business in the UK to bring everything related to the tea experience under one loving umbrella.
Our motto is: Never take for granted those daily cups of tea – don’t settle for less, let your tea be the best it can be!
From Field to Cup - How we do it
To sip a delicious Hope & Glory cup of tea is to imbibe the harvest of the very best tea gardens nestled at the foothills and peaks of the Himalayas. From tea plantations in India, Sri Lanka and China. But what makes Hope & Glory stand out even more are our special tea experiences and events designed to bring the essence of tea, in all its glory, to life. Tea Tastings. Tea Cocktails. True tea lovers are picky. At Hope & Glory we’ve made it easy by simply confining our range to eleven unique teas, tea blends and tisanes. Each chosen for its exceptional taste, flavour, aroma and liquor (or colour). Each guaranteed to produce a really superb tasting brew. From the light and delicate to the robust and strong, all Hope & Glory teas are created exclusively for us by a renowned Tea Sommelier and Master Blender. In fact, in the short time since we started selling our teas, we’ve become the exclusive tea partner of some of Britain’s finest hotels and restaurants. Something must be right.

We’re so proud that already three of our tea blends -- English Breakfast, Chamomile Tisane and Masala Chai – have been awarded 2 stars each at the 2016 Great Taste Awards organised by the Guild of Fine Food. And we are amazed by how many possibilities there are for people to rediscover the wonders of tea!
Ethically Sourced
All of our teas are sourced via suppliers registered with the Ethical Tea Partnership. The ETP work to create a thriving tea industry that is socially just and environmentally sustainable through focusing on improving the lives of tea workers and environmental conditions on estates.
Fairtrade Products Available
We are proud to support the excellent work of Fairtrade International, who work hard to support farmers and workers through better prices, decent working conditions and fair terms of trade. Look out for the Fairtrade logo on our Fairtrade accredited products.
100% Organic Ingredients
Hope & Glory use 100% certified organic ingredients. This guarantees that the farms our ingredients come from use environmental and animal friendly farming methods which is good news for the environment and for wildlife too. 100% organic also means GM free!
Waste Reduction
At Hope & Glory we are mindful about waste reduction which is why we have included compact refill bags in our range. They are perfect for topping up our tea caddies whose long life means they are fully fledged sustainable (and beautiful).
We will always prioritise ship freight wherever possible and we pack at source to avoid double handling or wasted transport materials.
