A non-alcoholic take on a classic cocktail.
The robust taste of Hope & Glory Assam stands up to the fiery Ginger Ale, complementing its flavour and creating a refreshing, well rounded drink. Don’t be ginger – make yourself one!
Ingredients
Serves 1
1 Hope & Glory Assam teabag or
1 tsp Hope & Glory Assam loose tea leaves
100ml (4oz) boiled water
1 tsp sugar
100ml (4oz) ginger ale
Lemon wedge
Method
Step 1
INFUSE Assam teabag in 100ml of boiled water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
REMOVE teabag, or strain if loose, refrigerate to cool.
Step 3
COMBINE cooled tea with ginger ale, a squeeze of lemon and pour over ice to serve.
Garnish with a slice of lemon to serve.
